Changing a Lost Inquiry to Won

In situations where you just got lucky to have a lost customer be back or managed to convince your customer for the Inquiry they had raised earlier, below steps will show you how to convert a Lost Inquiry to Won.

1. Click on Lost Inquiries from view

2. Click on the 3 dots under action column beside the Inquiry that you'd like to change from Lost to Won

3. Click on Mark Inquiry As Won

4. Review or change the Inquiry details at this point. Once done, click on Update & Continue

5. Check Press Space to toggle row selection (checked)

6. It will take you through the usual Inquiry creation flow, at this stage select the quote that your customer chose.

7. Click on Mark Inquiry As Won. Here you can either just change the state to won or Continue to mark as Won and directly create the an Order/ Shipment.
