1. Click on 3 dots beside the Inquiry that you'd like to Mark as Won
2. Click on Mark Inquiry As Won
3. You may review and make changes in the Inquiry if needed. Click on Update & Continue
4. For Inquiry with multiple quotes check the quote that was accepted by your customer
5. Click on Mark Inquiry As Won button. Click on Won to just change the status.
Note: You can also directly start creating Order from this Inquiry right away to save more time. We will see how this works in future walkthroughs.
# Mark Inquiry as Lost
6. From the same drop down beside your Inquiry that we accessed earlier.
7. Click on Mark Inquiry As Lost
8. Add the date when you lost Inquiry, reason for loss and loss remarks. This will be leveraged in
9. Click on Mark Inquiry As Lost
